The Reader is Not DetectedIf the light on the reader doesn't blink when you plug it in, try a different USB port. Avoid using USB hubs or extensions; plug the EZ100PU directly into your PC's motherboard port if possible.
Once the driver was installed, the reader worked flawlessly.
When plugged in, you may see the device listed in Device Manager under "Other devices" as an unknown device, or under "Smart Card readers" with a yellow exclamation mark, indicating that the driver is missing or corrupted.
