Aaina tells the story of two sisters—Roma (Amrita Singh), a selfish and ambitious model, and Renu (Juhi Chawla), a selfless and caring sister. Their relationship fractures when Roma marries Renu’s lover, Ravi (Jackie Shroff). The film explores betrayal, sacrifice, and redemption. Its climax, where Renu donates her eyes to Roma, remains one of the most emotional sequences in Hindi cinema.
