AutoCAD 2021 does support a true, post-install "Language Pack" like many enterprise applications. The only way to obtain a multi-language environment is either to install full standalone localized versions or to initially deploy the Multilingual edition with up to four pre-selected languages. Organizations planning multi-language CAD operations should restructure their deployment strategy around these limitations or upgrade to a newer AutoCAD version.
