Do not manually drag folders. Open Native Access, log in, and click "Add a serial." Enter your Session Strings Pro 2 serial. Native Access will download the library and automatically place it in the correct directory (usually C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\ on PC or Macintosh HD/Users/Shared/Native Instruments/ on Mac).
