Raizo makes his way to Berlin, where he befriends a street dancer, Meera (played by Zoe Weizenberg), and her aunt, a kind-hearted woman who takes Raizo under her wing. However, Oroku and his ninja squad track Raizo down, leading to a battle of wits, martial arts skills, and the pursuit of justice.
