Tekken — 3 Nvram

Do not rely on save states to preserve your high scores in Tekken 3 . If you load a save state from before a high score was recorded, you will overwrite the NVRAM content bundled inside that state. Always let the game save naturally to the NVRAM.

Once a character is unlocked through gameplay or cheats, that state is written to the tekken 3 nvram
