Open the corrupted .mcr in MemCardRex. Often it will load partial data. Extract whatever saves are still readable.
A standard .mcr must be exactly 131,072 bytes. If different, try to repair it with MemCardRex (Tools → Fix raw image). If unrecoverable, restore from backup. epsxe000.mcr
