Hiren’s Boot CD (HBCD) is a legacy bootable diagnostic and recovery toolkit for Windows-based systems. Version 15.1 (commonly associated with the filename Hiren’s.BootCD.15.1.iso and sometimes colloquially called “115” based on its internal build) represents the final “classic” release before the project transitioned to a 64-bit, Windows PE-based environment.
