If you are currently in a relationship, ask yourself this: Are you chasing the drama of the story , or are you building the safety of the home ?

This is the paradox. You cannot have great sex or deep vulnerability without safety. A high-quality relationship is a “secure base.” It is boringly reliable. You know that if you cry, they won’t mock you. If you fail, they won’t leave. That safety doesn’t kill attraction—it liberates it. You can only be truly wild with someone who won’t punish you for it.
