Software claiming to generate a license key from your printer’s firmware is malware. Uninstall immediately if installed.

For newer versions, you may need to register via the Zebra License Key Portal using a Zebra ID. Why Avoid "Free" Keys Online?

Run the installer. When the application launches, select the Essentials edition.

Zebra Technologies offers a official free version of its barcode label design software called ZebraDesigner Essentials 3 , which does not require a license key.
