In case of breach of this exclusivity clause by the Landlord (including but not limited to side-stepping the Agent, non-disclosure of renewal, or engaging another agent for the same Tenant), the Landlord shall pay the Agent a sum equivalent to 2 months’ contractual rent or the full commission payable under the prevailing PropNex commission structure, whichever is higher, as liquidated damages.
