The movie is set in a distant future where Jupiter, the largest planet in our solar system, is on a collision course with Earth. The story follows Jupiter Jones (Mila Kunis), a young woman who discovers that she is the chosen one to save humanity from extinction. Jupiter, who works as a housekeeper, is recruited by Cael (Channing Tatum), a skilled warrior from another planet, who helps her on her mission.
