Once in the recovery menu, use the physical joystick or a remote (switched to Infrared mode) to navigate:

→ Provide your exact TV model number (on sticker on back of TV). Once you share that, I can locate the correct official firmware with the built-in recovery.

: This will erase all user data, apps, and settings. It is the most effective way to fix persistent software crashes or "boot loops".

Insert the USB into the TV's USB port while it is in "Android system recovery mode".
